The Millennium imprint was initially separate, but it eventually merged with
Gollancz, leading to the
continued publication of books under the Millennium imprint under the Gollancz
umbrella.
This applies for the SF Masterworks and Fantasy Masterworks series. The Orion Publishing Group is the parent company for Gollancz.
